Terms of sale
Last updated: 20 October 2026. Any order placed on kaydenhair.com implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Seller
Products are sold by KAYDEN HAIR SP LLC-FZ, a free zone limited liability company, licence no. 20777/2026 issued by Creative City Media Free Zone (Fujairah, United Arab Emirates). 2. Products
Wigs, bundles, closures, frontals and extensions are described on each product page (composition, texture, length, density, lace). Lengths are measured on stretched hair: a curly texture looks shorter at the same length. Offers are valid while stocks last, checked at the time of payment.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), including applicable taxes, excluding shipping. Shipping costs, calculated according to the chosen country, are shown before payment. Any import duties and taxes in the destination country are not included. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Ordering
You choose your items, the shipping country and, where applicable, a promo code or gift card, then accept these terms before being taken to secure payment. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email is then sent to you with your invoice. We may refuse an abnormal or fraudulent order, or one linked to a previous payment dispute.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe (bank card and other methods shown on screen). Your card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never have access to them. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
6. Promo codes and gift cards
Only one promo code can be used per order, subject to its stated conditions (dates, minimum amount, eligible items, number of uses). Gift cards can be used on the site until their expiry date, if any; any unused balance remains available for a future order. They can be neither refunded nor exchanged for cash.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given at payment, in the country chosen in the bag. Delivery times shown are estimates. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Full details are on the Shipping & returns page.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a new item, never worn, unaltered and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a worn, cut, dyed or washed item cannot be taken back. Full terms are on the Shipping & returns page.
9. Defects and claims
Any defect or error must be reported within 7 days of receipt, with photos. After checking, the item is exchanged or refunded.
10. Use of the products
Installation, cutting, colouring and care should follow the advice provided and preferably be entrusted to a professional. We cannot be held liable for misuse, alteration of the product or a reaction caused by a third-party product (glue, dye…).
11. Virtual try-on
The “Try it on virtually” preview is generated by artificial intelligence for guidance only. It is not a contractual representation of the final result.
12. Personal data
Data needed for the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a concern, please contact us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls under the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
