How do I place an order?
Add your items to the bag, choose your shipping country, then pay securely online via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to you with your invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from the United Arab Emirates. The rate and delivery time for your country are shown in the bag. Outside the UAE, customs duties may be charged on delivery.
How do I choose a length?
Check the options on the product page. Length in inches and texture should be considered together: a curl can look shorter than a straight strand.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if it is new, never worn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a worn or altered item cannot be taken back. See the Shipping & returns page.
How do I find my selection again?
Your bag and wishlist are saved in this browser. They stay available after a refresh.
How do I create my account?
Enter your email on the My account page: you receive a 6-digit code and a link to sign in, without a password.
