Data collected
Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, items purchased. Customer account: email, sign-in sessions, saved addresses, wishlist. Reviews: display name, rating and text. Your bag, wishlist and preferences are also kept in your browser.
Purposes
Processing and delivering your orders, issuing invoices, managing your account, answering your requests, inviting you to leave a review after a purchase, preventing fraud. We do not send advertising without your consent and never sell your data.
Service providers
Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (sending emails), Google Gemini (virtual try-on, only if you use it). Some of these providers are located outside the United Arab Emirates; they only process your data to provide their service.
Virtual try-on
The photo you send is only used to generate the preview, with your consent given before each upload. It is deleted from our servers as soon as the preview is ready, and within one hour at the latest; it is not used to train models.
Retention
Orders and invoices: for the legal retention period for accounting records. Customer account: until you ask for it to be deleted. Local browsing data: until you clear it in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion (subject to accounting obligations), and object to certain processing, via the form on our Contact page (kaydenhair.com/en/contact), WhatsApp on +971 52 542 1800 or Instagram @kayden.hair.
